Our stay was great. It’s was perfect for what we needed. My wife was working at the University for the month. The large space and extra rooms was lovely for a long stay.

The only things I would like to note is there was quite a few light bulbs burn out, some of the cooking pots are not compatible with your induction burner and some more cleaning supplies and washing towels would of been useful for longer stays.

Die Wohnung sollte einige Teller, Gläser, Tassen mehr haben. Auch eine Grundausstattung von Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Essig und Öl wäre wünschenswert.

Only side note is about the doorbell which didn't work and also didn't get fixed in the months we have been there (because of external company), which brought us in some issues with our packages. The internet was slow in the beginning but when we discussed this with the house manager they upgraded it! The internet now is very fast and great if multiple people have to work remote - thank you for the wonderful service be@home :-)
Overall, I can highly recommend for short and long stays |

Parking cerca municipal a 300 metros "Parking Gomes Feire" muy económico. En la esquina restaurante "Açoreana" comida casera y buen atendimiento.
